Duties:
We are steadily growing and looking to add to our night dispatch team.
Duties include: answer incoming phone calls and texts in a timely manner, respond to emails, update tracking software, update customers on their loads, and schedule drivers on incoming routes as needed. Must be able to relay important information in detail to following shifts via a written report.
This can be a fast paced job, and applicants must be able to think on their feet using policies/procedures already in place. This is a heavily detailed position, applicants must be able to take information given to you and know how to apply it to your work.
Being able to problem solve on your own is also a must.
To start, this position will be part time, and once through the probationary period of 30 - 60 days based on performance, it will become full time.
Our night team covers 1600 - 0800 MST 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As of now, your schedule could include both 1600 - 0000 MST or 0000 - 0800 MST shifts. Applicants must be able to accommodate both. Schedule will become permanent each week and will not change once established.
There will be weeks of more hours as our team covers each other for days off so this would not be ideal as a second job.

1 year dispatch experience - required
1 year customer service experience - required

Training will take place Monday - Thursday and will vary depending on where in the training schedule the applicant is. If local to the office in Colorado, the option for in person training is available as well during the day.
Earliest start time would be 4:00 PM MST and some training will take place overnight to see the shift differences. Training will start ASAP as we are looking to fill the position immediately.
This is a 1099 position.
