We cover the entire process, including search and discovery, transactions, home loans, property management, and post-sales services.
Responsibilities:
- Industry: Real Estate
- Gender: Females Preferred
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from real estate customers.
- Address customer queries effectively over the phone.
- Build and nurture profitable relationships with customers, conducting follow-up calls.
- Explain property details to customers thoroughly.
- Invite clients to site visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
- Demonstrate effective communication and coordination with team members.
Required Skills:
- Freshers or at least one year of experience are required.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Excellent fluency in English.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
- Only candidates comfortable with working from the office are welcome.
