Based in Cluj, you will be responsible to Lead, Coordinate and Manage the annual Innovation Tour through Europe and other events. The Events Lead is responsible to support European Marketing initiatives related to Customer Events e.g. Emerson Exchange, Exhibitions etc. The role will play an integral part of the European Marketing team in all aspects of creating and implementing the European Marketing Plan.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensuring a high quality of the Country Innovation Days in Europe.
- Ensuring an efficient routing of the Innovation Tour Trailers as well as the alignment about the event dates and type with the respective country marcom organization.
- Agree with BU Finance and operations an annual budget of costs and the respective back charges
- Maintain and report a monthly financial cost overview.
- Manage the approval cycle of invoices and ensure approved invoices are processed and paid.
- Coordinate the lead capture process from creating the lead forms up to ensuring that leads are put into Oracle CRM and followed up.
- Participate in cadence calls of European events about theme, scripts and demo stand renewal or modifications.
- Ensure the demos and countries Signage is in line with Emerson Branding guidelines.
- Request and manage ON24 webinar events and provide training and support. Support European events with iCapture, social media, promotion campaign, logistics etc.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree in Business/Marketing/ PR /Events Management.
- A minimum of 3 Years experience in a similar role or proven responsibilities in coordinating large events.
- Project management experience would be a plus. English fluency.
