Role:
- The Back Office Assistant role supports our dynamic team by managing day-to-day office tasks, contributing to our efficient operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain company’s internal organized filing system.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.
- Document internal processes and databases.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a back-office assistant or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations within a high-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office with an aptitude for learning database systems.
- Exceptional organization and time management with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- High school diploma; further education in Office Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage.
