Role:

  • The Back Office Assistant role supports our dynamic team by managing day-to-day office tasks, contributing to our efficient operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain company’s internal organized filing system.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.
  • Document internal processes and databases.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a back-office assistant or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations within a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office with an aptitude for learning database systems.
  • Exceptional organization and time management with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English
  • High school diploma; further education in Office Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage.
