Description:
In this role, you will learn and assist the bookkeeping of AO to provide the best service for our employees and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Entering vendors invoices according to AO purchasing procedure
- Accounts reconciliation
- Keying in basic journal entries
- Documents filing
- Assisting finance department in any other task as requested.
Requirements:
- First year accounting students completing 1st. year
- Good English level
- Accurate and organized
- Able to work two days a week
- Team player and with service orientation
- Good Knowledge in Excel – advantage.
