Your work environment: We are now looking for WCP and Production Coordinator for our plant in Saudi Arabia in Jeddah, which produces aluminium beverage cans. The position reports directly to the Production Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Crown team in Saudi Arabia.
Your mission in Crown:
- Researching system and processes to develop analysis and recommendations.
- Identification of strategic projects to meet business objectives.
- Managing Continues Improvement projects as prioritized by management team to deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits.
- Implementing tools and technique to achieve consistent high quality, process reliability and best practices.
- Assisting in the identification, collecting, and reporting of key performance indicators and metrics for every operation and for the business in General.
- Providing Training programs to employee’s and other resources in the factory.
- Providing Induction and Orientation programs to new employee’s.
- Assisting the management team in creating their development roadmaps and action plans.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering industrial / manufacturing. Equipped with Microsoft skills at professional level. Minimum 5 years of experience on process improvement and development.
