Entry Level Sales Role [Australia]


 

We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of company’s services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • “Get the sale” using various sales methods ( face to face, events, cold calling, hand out pamphlets, conduct presentations, etc)
  • Convince client to purchase services using a script or persuasive technique.
  • Tell customers why the company’s services are better than competitors.
  • Write up service agreements.
  • Take payments such as cash, credit, or check.
  • Develop prospect list or lead list.
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory
  • Win back or upgrade current or former clients.
  • Work an assigned territory. Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Circle back and check on customers who are in the position to buy the services

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and drive

Salary: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
