Job Description
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring clear communication of project expectations and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with project stakeholders, providing status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics.
- Drive process improvements and lessons learned sessions to enhance project management practices and optimize team efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5+ years experience as Project Manager
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, leading and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient understanding of software development methodologies and familiar with Cloud or System design
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen focus on stakeholder management.
- PMP or other project management certifications are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
