We strive to invest heavily in innovating new solutions to tackle our brands and sellers’ pain points and elevate their experience while using our solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for advertising solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Platform Education: Create informative and engaging educational materials, including guides, tutorials, webinars, and presentations, to empower clients and internal teams with a deep understanding of our advertising solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to gather insights and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all content.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of E-commerce content planning and advertising to provide innovative ideas and solutions that resonate with our clients in the E-commerce sector.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all content produced is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to industry best practices and compliance guidelines.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor the performance of content and educational materials, analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for communication between internal teams and advertiser, answering queries, providing guidance, and facilitating productive interactions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in account management
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality and timely delivery work
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong project management and coordination skills to be able to liaise with different internal and external teams
  • Good communication skills : writing and presentation in both TH & EN
