One of Drake International Philippines' partners, a top HMO provider in the Philippines is actively looking for Clinic Manager/Operations Manager that will be part of their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for ensuring the smooth operations of the Primary Care Centers.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and controlling their respective departments or units.
- Helps establish objectives and strategies to ensure Corporate and Departmental business plans and Quality objectives are met.
- Manages direct reports and utilizes metrics to assess their actual performance.
Qualifications:
- With 2-3 years of relevant work experience in managerial or operational management in Service Industry or Retail Industry.
- Hands-on experience in the operations, planning, strategizing, and customer service.
- A collaborative and innovative, excellent Leadership skills, and results-oriented.
- With vibrant and pleasing personality
