We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President GTRF Operations - GTRF FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT.

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage or lead multiple changes concurrently to transform businesses, facilitate project initiation for cost / benefit analysis.
  • Manage management information and reports for business need, including capacity management, financial data, SLA etc.
  • Manage migration/remigration and associated hiring process.
  • Seek opportunities to create sustainable cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Utilize data to come up with insights for business decisions.
  • Obtain buy-in from senior stakeholders for project plans/project scope/commitments/etc.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all concerned workstreams for smooth implementation of projects/initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to project / programme governance model and use of the Business Transformation Framework.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience with diverse experience of managing projects of differing complexity with a proven track record of effective and timely completion.
  • Excellent knowledge of the change process and project lifecycle.
  • Established team player with the ability to work with others to meet common time lines.
  • Planning and organizing skills, which includes the ability to prioritize issues and resolve based on business requirement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and negotiate/liaise with other departments to aid in smooth implementation of projects.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to produce timely and accurate MI.
  • Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation in an ever-changing environment and ability to cope under pressure.
  • Ability to work and influence decision making in matrix based environment.
  • Effective decision making skills and the problem solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask in challenging situations.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
