Assistant Housekeeper [Singapore]


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assign daily room status report with all necessary information to Room Attendants
  • Conduct roll calls for Room Attendants daily according to their shifts
  • Issue Section Keys and Handphone to Room Attendants according to standard
  • Ensure that Room Attendants comply with Hotel uniform and grooming standards
  • Inspect all vacant rooms, vacant dirty rooms & out of service rooms and QC rooms
  • Update room through interface system
  • Follow up on maintenance repair daily
  • Responsible for monitoring and supervising the Room Attendants work performance, and report their developments to Assistant Executive Housekeeper
  • Develop and assure safe working habits for Room Attendants
  • Conduct quarterly room linen inventory
  • Coordinate daily work with Office Clerk, and assist/relieve them when required
  • Requisite daily linen requirements, weekly cleaning and guest supplies for the floors
