Job Responsibilities:
- Assign daily room status report with all necessary information to Room Attendants
- Conduct roll calls for Room Attendants daily according to their shifts
- Issue Section Keys and Handphone to Room Attendants according to standard
- Ensure that Room Attendants comply with Hotel uniform and grooming standards
- Inspect all vacant rooms, vacant dirty rooms & out of service rooms and QC rooms
- Update room through interface system
- Follow up on maintenance repair daily
- Responsible for monitoring and supervising the Room Attendants work performance, and report their developments to Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- Develop and assure safe working habits for Room Attendants
- Conduct quarterly room linen inventory
- Coordinate daily work with Office Clerk, and assist/relieve them when required
- Requisite daily linen requirements, weekly cleaning and guest supplies for the floors
