We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner in fast growing Shared Service Centre (SSC).
Purpose: Acts as a strategic partner for one or several divisions / departments, advising and translating the business needs into HR priorities and plans, in alignment with the AXA XL HR Strategy

What will your essential responsibilities include?
  • Serving as the primary HR point of contact for managers and assistant managers, provide day-to-day management and operational oversight on a wide range of human capital issues
  • Acting as a key change agent to support business transformation and reorganization
  • Partnering and collaborating with business leaders and their respective teams while coaching, mentoring, and contributing to the development of the team's agenda and human capital strategy.
  • With guidance and oversight, advising local managers on all employee issues including contractual changes, disciplinary matters, and long-term leave, to ensure a fair and consistent approach within parameters of legal obligations and corporate/local policies.
  • Supporting managers in the hiring process of by managing the headcount approval process and advising on resourcing strategies.
  • Supporting managers and employees on the annual performance management process and on sustaining performance management activities throughout the year while using these activities to build and maintain knowledge of "key talent".
  • Managing and/or contributing to local and/or global projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Talent Management - identification of development needs of employees in the organization, preparation of development and training programs, organization of trainings, conducting trainings and workshops
  • Actively participate in I&D initiatives
You will report to the Head of HR for Poland.
SHARE your talent
Strong HR background with proven experience on HR practices and processes. Strategic thinking to deal with complex transformations with the right balance on effective delivery and change adoption feasibility. Capable to advise Managers. At ease in project management practices in complex and multicultural environment.
Skills & Competencies
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, salary administration, compensation & benefits, performance management)
  • Ability to implement processes, resources and objectives which support both short and long-term goals
  • Strategic thinking and proactiveness
  • Management and coaching skills to support managers
  • Demonstrates intellectual courage/able to assert a point of view. Coaches, trains, appropriately manages expectations. Can do approach & everyday energy is a must.
  • Project analysis and follow-up
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment & with senior managers
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with both internal customers and program/project stakeholders
  • Facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills to achieve results in a matrix management environment
  • Problem solving, analytical skill
  • Decision making and ability to work independently in a complex environment
  • High degree of work ethics and professionalism; leads by example
  • English fluent
