- Documenting comprehensive business requirements in Confluence, utilizing a diverse range of tools such as use cases, flow charts, wireframes, and Given/When/Then scenarios, to encapsulate the essence of user stories.
- Actively participating in team planning meetings, leveraging expertise to provide invaluable advice, clarification, and guidance throughout the execution of each Sprint, fostering seamless collaboration and efficient progress.
- Nurturing a close collaboration with the talented designer team to craft functional requirements and captivating wireframes that bring innovation to life, enhancing the user experience.
- Diligently maintaining an up-to-date and meticulously detailed product documentation, perpetually enriching it with the introduction of novel features, while actively engaging with PM, EM, BA, UI/UX, EM, LD as - well as all other business departments (finance, legal, compliance, copywriters, support etc.) and assist them with release planning, functional research, and release testing
- Experience working with native mobile products
- Mobile UX experience is a big plus
- Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Familiarity with change management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
