We provide courier delivery service as a contractor of NZ Post. We are based in Canterbury area.
We want to hire a full-time delivery driver to help with parcel/goods delivery. This is a permanent role. You are expected to work between 30-60 hours per week ( working hours falls on 6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Saturday ).

Work location: Canterbury Area
Your duties may include:
- Determining the destinations of goods and most appropriate delivery routes
- Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading
- Assisting with loading to ensure goods are arranged for ease of delivery and safely secured to avoid damage
- Verifying loading documents
- Reporting vehicle maintenance needs
- Keeping records of items received and delivered, collecting signatures
- Assisting with receipting inward mail, checking wrongly addressed, missorted, undelivered and redirected mail, and processing freepost and underpaid mail
- Delivering mail, parcels, documents and other items to customers premises and mailboxes
Job Requirements:
- You must have a driving license that allows you to drive in NZ legally.
- No prior experience required, On-the-job-training will be provided.
- No qualification required.
- Physically fit and able to work for long hours( driving).
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- No Criminal Records.
- Candidates must have work permits to work in NZ( eg. NZ citizens or residents)
