HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Beauty Clinic. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Clinic Manager position.

- Working time: 6 days/ week
Job Responsibility for Clinic Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine, attending conferences and workshops as required.
- Responsible for managing all operations at the clinic, Health and Beauty Care Institute, including cosmetic surgery, dermatology and dental services. Management duties include business, operations, personnel, assets, and merchandise aspects.
- Responsible for sales and collaboration with the Board of Directors; distribute goals to employees; supervise, motivate and support employees to achieve assigned targets (including sales target from customers, average target of revenue from each invoice, target of total sales…).
- Create reports, plan, organize and monitor the implementation of the plan.
Requirement for Clinic Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Beauty Clinic
- Good communication, negotiation, persuasion
- Strong reporting, planning, and compliance management skills
- Good relationship building skills
- Skills in building and developing customer database system
- Good sales skills
- Experience in using sales software, goods management software.
- Human resource management skills, personnel training and team development skills, effective teamwork, management of >15 employees
- Skills in handling internal information
- Fluent in English
Benefits for Clinic Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Salary: $1500 – $2200 + commission, depending on candidate’s ability
