Job Description
  • Executes the local operational plan for warehousing to achieve optimal Warehousing costs and service level by
    • monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the storage of goods
    • organizing and managing all FG warehouses (outsourced and own)
    • coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems
  • Executes local operational plan for warehousing to achieve optimal costs and service level by
    • monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement of goods
    • coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems
  • Analyses in-depth data to monitor performance, cost development and plan process improvements and productivity with LSP’s and/ or customers (Service Based Pricing approach)
  • Ensures accuracy of transactional data (stock) and assures local legal requirements with LSP/ owned WH’s are met
  • Execute appropriate inventory good practices and ensures inventory accuracy
  • Implements central & external best practices
  • Provides input to budget (Warehousing cost) for each LOB and delivers against it by
    • Monthly cost control (variances Actual vs budget)
    • LE based on rolling forecast volumes, accruals and invoices each month
  • Exhibits a strong focus on people development by consistently improving capabilities and engagement in his team
  • Evaluate external customer satisfaction, define and implement improvement activities based on these results
  • Maximize warehouse utilization, safe working environment such as PPE, etc

Qualifications
  • University Degree (Bachelors) of Business Administration (Logistic Management) or other related field
  • Languages: Local - Fluent; English - Intermediate
  • 7+ years of Supply chain / Warehouse management/ logistics experience
  • FMCG experience
  • Good command of SAP / MS office / Business intelligence tools
  • Good knowledge of Asian logistics network
