Your responsibilities:
You will ensure accurate and efficient goods-in and out functions for the Netherlands operation and complete related paperwork. As the primary point of contact for assisting with logistics, maintaining accurate records in WMS/SAP and management of local inventory, you will work as a team responsible for:
- Goods-In function to ensure efficient acceptance of deliveries each day. Answers the intercom, meet couriers and transports goods to the goods-in area. Unpacks deliveries, checks, completes paperwork and distributes goods promptly.
- Goods-Out function to ensure that products/shipments are despatched promptly and securely. Ensuring sufficient packaging and completes paperwork trail.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all goods-in and goods-out and ensuring that related paperwork is checked, and transactions and movements are completed in SAP. Ensuring warehouse records are kept up to date and providing shipping reports where required.
- Arranging collections of equipment and goods and following up with related parties.
- Booking in equipment received on the CRM for repair and scanning customer delivery paperwork.
- Securely maintain local inventory to ensure that stock is assigned correctly and that the stock room is only accessible by authorised personnel. Ensuring that parts are counted and booked into the correct storage locations.
- Completing physical stock counting and regular cycle counts as required.
- Coordinate with the Mindray European Central warehouse and Mindray HQ to move intercompany shipments and collections.
- If necessary, provides general facilities/maintenance assistance to the Warehouse Team Leader. This may include tasks such as changing of light bulbs, movement of heavy furniture etc.
- Performing the Mindray AED C-series configuration process to ensure AEDs are sent to customers with correct language setting, manual, quick guide and battery
- Picking and packing of IVD orders using fork and reach-truck.
What are we looking for in you?
- Background in Warehouse / Post Room / Goods In / Goods Out / Stores required
- Experience of entering data onto a WMS/ERP system, preferably SAP
- Happy to work autonomously in the role, offering innovative
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Fork lift certificate
- Reach-truck certificate
