About the team
You will be part of the Digital Incubator team, which provides a platform for innovation and collaboration within R&D aimed at supporting our organisation as well as users and bringing Wonderful Sound for All. Reporting to the Senior Service Designer, you will located in our office in Lynge together with 400 other R&D colleagues.

About the role
You will support Service Design Activities, like user research, preparing innovation events and workshops. You will optimize our communication channels and monitor the activities of the Digital Incubator by being a great contributor in preparing and maintaining regular reports and supporting the team in exploring new tasks. Furthermore, you will contribute to the activities around innovation activities and assist the team with ad-hoc tasks.
About you
You might be studying a bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s degree on Service Design, Future Studies, Digital Anthropology or other - any background with interest in design. Furthermore, you have a minimum of 12 months left of your studies, are proficient in and have experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and have professional proficiency in English.
We do not expect you to have any previous experience working with Service Design but value the right personality and are therefore looking for the following:

What we offer
The position is situated in our Danish CO2-neutral headquarters in Lynge, Allerød with access to all our employee benefits such as canteen, pre-tax paid monthly train ticket (DSB Erhvervskort) and the possible to join our sports association with fitness room, locker rooms, yoga, cross-fit, etc. The expected workload will be around 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and vacations.
