The Information Technology team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support our Omnichannel Marketing initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in the Omnichannel space using Salesforce Technology.
You will partner with the business and technical Product Owners and/or stakeholders to implement solutions that will best serve the markets while ensuring a scalable and sustainable environment. You will collaborate on delivering the solutions with other related domain experts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with Business Product Owner and Technical Product Owner to understand the vision and develop the strategy to successfully implement the solution.
- Implement necessary configuration changes to Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, in accordance with best practices and industry standards, working with databases, scripts and building knowledge base with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Lead and actively collaborate with a team of internal and external resources and ensure successful on-time delivery.
- Working in an agile environment with a Product mindset.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of working experience with Omni Channel Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience developing and deploying solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- extensive experience working with SQL
- knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- knowledge of AMPScript/Server-side JavaScript
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified (Marketing Cloud and related area).
- A deep, broad technical background in IT architecture.
- Experience working in Veeva or Force.com environment.
- Education: BSc Degree or equivalent
