We seek a highly skilled and experienced General Manager who is an accomplished photographer, videographer and video editor—experienced in Product, fashion, commercial ads, wedding photography, videography and video editing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, delivering results, and possessing advanced photography, videography and video editing knowledge. The successful candidate will lead and manage our company business's day-to-day operations while providing our clients with high-quality photography and videography services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals in delivering exceptional service to clients
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the business and services
- Deliver high-quality photography and videography services to clients, including weddings, commercials, products, models, social media and advertisements
- Edit and retouch photographs and videos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
- Manage client relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the business stays competitive
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team and delivering results.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional photography and videography services for weddings, commercials, products, models, social media and advertisements.
- Proficiency in photography and videography software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
