We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote our restaurant services, including catering, buffet, daily meals, and more. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with government and private sectors, companies, event management companies, and other potential clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and actively prospect potential clients in government and private sectors, companies, event management companies, and other relevant industries.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Arrange and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the range of restaurant services offered.
- Understand client requirements and tailor service offerings to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to secure new business deals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and culinary teams, to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the restaurant services department.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, certifications, and compliance requirements related to the restaurant services being offered.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on the latest industry developments to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant services, including catering, buffet, daily meals, and related offerings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present ideas to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using sales tools to track leads, manage contacts, and generate reports.
- Willingness to attend industry events as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
