Officer, GO - SS & CTO (Corporate Trust - Trustee Services) - CIS Operations MY [Malaysia]


 

Key Responsibilities
a) Handle day-to-day operations i.e. prepare daily payment such as payment of unit cancellation, income distribution, trustee and management fees, taxes, auditor and tax agent professional fees and etc;
b) Liaise with the Custodian, fund manager, external fund manager for the settlement of money market placement, trades, FX and etc;
c) Update fund manager with the daily stock, cash balances and the latest corporate exercise and announcements
d) Prepare billings for trustee fee, monitor and follow up to ensure all fees are collected on a timely basis
e) Perform periodic cash flow update/ stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records
f) Ensure all statutory regulations and deadlines is strictly adhered to
g) Ensure all queries raised by fund managers are resolved on a timely basis
h) Provide supporting documents for monthly CET/ShARP testing
i) Undertake ad-hoc assignment (if any).

Recognised commerce / business tertiary qualification
Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting / Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
At least 1 - 2 years' working experience in trustee or financial industry

Technical/Functional skills
Computer literate and excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
