- Minimum 5 years of Experience on MEP Planning & Primavera.
- Prepare detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, including resources and cost loading in Primavera P6. Identify the project deliverables, milestones and create work breakdown structure for the project(s).
- Visit sites, verify progress data and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports, S-Curves , Histograms, Risk Registers.
- Perform Delay Analysis, Prepare EOT claims, identify irregularities and discrepancies relating to time.
- Good command of written & spoken English.
- Middle East experience, particular in Qatar would be an advantage
