Job Description


ABOUT THE ROLE

The Junior Client Executive is responsible for executing client support-related activities including clients’ training processes, promoting, and offering NIQ solutions among existing clients in East and West Europe, Canada, and USA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable recommendations and analytical insights on how to use NIQ solutions to resolve clients' business challenges and develop client's business
  • Service and develop clients using the insights from NIQ solutions
  • Deliver timely and accurate services to clients and ensure the services provided meet clients' business needs and specifications, as well as the company's quality standards
  • Proactively develop client relationships and understand clients' business and information needs
  • Actively attract current client's attention to existing services
  • Maintain both external and internal business correspondence (communications, contracts, proposals, etc.)
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve client inquiries related to set up, solutions, methodology, and other key aspects that impact client deliverables
  • Proactively seek opportunities for growth and launch of NIQ solutions

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working with FMCG, Retail or B2B
  • Experience delivering services and managing clients’ needs
  • Proactive and goal-oriented
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Able to develop client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Time management skills and prioritization skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (other languages are appreciated)
  • University degree (Business/ Mathematical / Economics/ Management, Marketing – preferably)
  • Experience connected with service sales would be an advantage
  • Successful negotiation experience is an advantage
