To assist the Senior HR Manager to spearhead HR transformation for all business units and manage full sprectrum of HR Services.

Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. To manage full sprectrum of HR functions that include, but not limited to, the administration of all statutory requirement i.e Company Insurance matters, Socso, EPF, Income Tax, HRDF, Labour Office, IR Dept, company uniform administration and Foreign Worker Issues.
2. To fully in charge in developing Company Handbook and Human Resource Policy manual.
3. To recruit, interview, test and select employees to fill vacan positions for the company.
4. Advice management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues when necessary.
5. Conduct performance review program to ensure effectiveness and compliance within organisasation.
6. Assist to review and update in implementing effective company disciplinary policies and procedures
7. Keep the Senior HR Manager informed on all issues, decisions and any pertinent communication with any external party or within the plant.

Education Requirement

1. Professional HR Qualification.
2. Minimum 10 years HR experience.

Skills Requirement

1. Able to work on tight deadlines. Good negotiation and business partnering skills.
2. Able to multi-task, analytical and data driven to spearhead changers
