Responsibilities : Job Description
Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies: This involves assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns that align with the gaming product's overall goals. This could include developing partnerships with influencers, and promoting in-game events or updates.
Content Creation and Management: The assistant marketing communication manager would be responsible for coordinating and creating content for various marketing platforms including social media, the game's website, email marketing, and more. This could involve creating game updates, tutorials, and other engaging content.
Community Management: They would communicate regularly with the game's user base, collecting feedback, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive community. This could involve managing the game's forums or social media channels, and responding to user inquiries.
Analytics and Reporting: They would track and analyze user engagement and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and then prepare and present reports to the management team.
Public Relations: The assistant marketing communication manager might manage relationships with gaming media and influencers, including press releases, responding to media inquiries, and crisis management.
Team Collaboration: The Assistant Marketing Communication Manager often works closely with other departments, such as game development and customer service, to ensure a consistent message is being communicated.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES
Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing or related field.
Experiences: At least 3 years experienced in marketing or any related field (experienced in game business is preferable.)
