CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE PERSONNEL
A financial institution is hiring a customer experience personnel to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To perform well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Duties
Managing existing clients.
Managing the customer experience team
Works side-by-side the Social Media team.
Ensuring constant customer communication process flow.
Liaising with customers on our different product lines.
Updating databases across the group of companies.
Reaching out to customer leads and Processing customer orders.
Supplying management with reports on customer needs, interests, & competitive activities.
Knowledgeable about CRM
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Mass communication, sociology or related field
1 -2 years as a customer experience personnel (preferably in a bank)
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Be emotionally intelligent
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft office.
