Amazon Reconciliation Associate [India]


 

Job Description;

1. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

2. Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in account balances and working closely with vendors and sellers to resolve any issues.

3. Analyzing financial data from both portals to identify trends and potential issues.

4. Communicating with internal stakeholders, such as the finance and accounting teams, to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all transactions.

5. Collaborating with other teams, such as the vendor management team and the seller support team, to develop and implement process improvements to streamline the accounts reconciliation process.

6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all account reconciliations and related activities

7. Ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures related to accounts reconciliation and financial reporting for both Vendor Central and Seller Central portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
