· Taking orders (beverage and food).
· Serve food and beverages to restaurant customers, prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required and refilling salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil etc.
· Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for restaurant customers, and bottles of wine.
· Offering after meals drinks and dessert.
· Refilling drinks.
· Thanking the customers for coming and Check with them to ensure that they are enjoying their meals, ensuring the food came out as desired and take action to correct any problems.
· Remove dishes and glasses from tables and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
· Stock service areas such as coffee, food, tableware and linens.
