Supervisor,Sales,PPE,Xiamen - Asia Pacific

主要职责：

1. 在负责的区域内完成整个销售过程；（一天3个客户）

2. 完成公司的销量目标;

3. 负责终端用户的开发、拜访和直接推广；

4. 负责终端用户的信息收集、整理及维护；（钉钉）

5. 管理客户(直接用户、经销商)，并提供售后服务;

6. 每天总结拜访量，包括：终端用户数量、经销商数量、举办的终端推广会等；

7. 每天按时完成日报、每周按时完成周报；

8. 每周五下班前做好下周的周计划和工作重点；

9. 按照项目节点做好拜访计划，每周跟进上周周计划。

10. 完成公司安排的其他工作

经验及背景：

1. 大专及以上学历，机械制造专业优先考虑；

2. 有陌生拜访经验，有B2B销售模式优先考虑；

3. 有良好的沟通和谈判技巧；

4. 工作勤奋努力，吃苦耐劳，积极主动，善于达到销售目标。

5. 持有驾驶证，并熟练驾驶车辆。

1. 有较好的沟通表达能力；

2. 有较强的韧性，能承受工作压力；

3. 具备团队协作精神；

4. 有较好的学习能力。
