Site Manager [South Africa]


 

We are looking for a site manager to oversee the daily operations of our car wash. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality and level of service, and that our employees work efficiently and safely.

As a site manager, you will:

  • Manage inventory of supplies, ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Maintain clean facilities, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Handle dissatisfied customers and customer complaints promptly.
  • Quality check each vehicle before handing it over to the dealership service advisor/salesman/customer.
  • Assist with driving and parking vehicles.
  • Manage a team.
  • Book in vehicles.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school certificate.
  • At least one year of experience in the car wash/motor industry or a similar field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of car wash equipment and chemicals is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills is a plus.
  • A valid South African drivers license.
  • Transport to get to the job site.
  • Be willing to work on Saturdays.
  • Valid work references.
  • No criminal record.
  • A strong personality.
  • A valid South African ID Number.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Drivers License (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Required)
