We are looking for a site manager to oversee the daily operations of our car wash. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality and level of service, and that our employees work efficiently and safely.
As a site manager, you will:
- Manage inventory of supplies, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Maintain clean facilities, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Handle dissatisfied customers and customer complaints promptly.
- Quality check each vehicle before handing it over to the dealership service advisor/salesman/customer.
- Assist with driving and parking vehicles.
- Manage a team.
- Book in vehicles.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school certificate.
- At least one year of experience in the car wash/motor industry or a similar field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of car wash equipment and chemicals is a plus.
- Basic computer skills is a plus.
- A valid South African drivers license.
- Transport to get to the job site.
- Be willing to work on Saturdays.
- Valid work references.
- No criminal record.
- A strong personality.
- A valid South African ID Number.
