Descrierea locului de muncă


Trade Marketing Leader’s role is reinforcing long-lasting relationship with customers, increase sales at the local market level and ensure differentiation and strong visibility of Somfy offer against competitors at the point of sales. As a Trade Marketing Leader you will support in developing customer marketing activities to win withing assigned channels in the most effective way with close cooperation with Sales Team.

Support vision of the channel manager, report directly to BUM and transversally to Regional Trade Marketing Manager.

Your main missions will be to be a partner in the following tasks in the territorial scope of business units in Romania and in the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia):

  • Build and implement the annual marketing plan of the channels in line with BU strategy / Hand by hand with sales teams develop network promotional programs/key events in order to raise the sales
  • Developing and maintaining installer channel market grip through Somfy Expert program management.
  • Developing and implementation of merchandising standards at installer and DIY chain level with special focus on Somfy Expert network.
  • Measurement and ROI analysis of conducted activities to monitor and track their effectiveness.
  • Execute promotions and activities. Optimize the efficiency of promotional & merchandising activities, best practice implementation & regular post-analysis.
  • Manage of POS / TM materials including continuous search for cost optimization and quality improvement (incl. new material development, bidding / purchasing - respecting company policy on purchasing & budget management, forecasting etc.) / utilizing corporate assets given
  • Coordinate regular trainings for trade partners and their retail chains.
  • Support the cooperation with external agencies, retailers / distributors counterparts and internal departments (sales, marketing, customer service, procurement).
  • Monitor & share information about competitive environment, store environment and consumers behaviors / insights and share with organization.
  • Supports sales colleagues in managing marketing projects, providing guidelines and all other needed marketing materials.
  • Close cooperation with sales, product marketing and digital marketing to implement the annual marketing plan
  • Marketing budget management on local level

Calificări


Successful 3 to 5 years marketing experience on added value products and strong brands:

  • Educational background in Marketing & PR
  • Marcom experience of several years in B2B industry
  • Experience in product marketing and/or trade marketing will be an advantage, as well as market intelligence
  • Romanian native
  • Fluent English is essential to succeed in the role
  • Ability to establish good network and cooperation with different functions across local and regional teams
  • Travel needed- 25% of the time.
