Dandya Chocolate Factory LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead its flagship store in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for chocolate, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a retail operation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth, such as promotional events, product displays, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring that customers are greeted promptly, and their needs are addressed in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the inventory and ensure that stock levels are maintained, products are displayed attractively, and pricing is accurate.
- Manage the store's staff, including recruiting, training, and scheduling employees, ensuring that they adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor performance metrics, such as sales revenue, customer traffic, and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a steady supply of products and materials.
- Ensure that all transactions are conducted accurately and securely, and that all cash handling procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a retail operation, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
