Reports to: Global Marketing Manager

Location: England, UK or Hamburg, Germany (Home-based, vist the office regularly)

Responsible for: UK & Western Europe Field Marketing

Based in the UK or Germany, the role of Field Marketing Coordinator is to manage the local events, digital marketing and supporting our clients, whilst achieving our mission towards a sustainable future. You will rub shoulders with our highly engaged, diverse, creative team; quickly delivering company presentations and social content to market and building an always-on calendar that is reactive to trends and culture.

We are looking for someone with written language skills in English & German as these are vital markets. We are looking for a person who takes pride in high-quality work. Your ability to motivate yourself and your team, proactively solve problems, and communicate effectively (both written and orally) will underpin your success in joining the team of talented professionals to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, influence and execute field marketing plans with an effective mix of marketing programs in support of business priorities across digital, events, strategic alliances, demand generation campaigns, and brand awareness.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to sales leadership and single point-of-contact for all things marketing. Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including corporate, regional, and local programs to drive engagement.
  • Own and deeply understand assigned region(s) pipeline/revenue targets and be accountable for marketing’s role in reaching those goals.
  • Working with global marketing team:
  • Deploy a mix of targeted events to acquire new leads, create and accelerate pipeline and retain customers.
  • Make recommendations on how to apply paid media strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Integrate content and public relations to identify Subject Matter Experts from your assigned regions and topics relevant to Europe.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Manager to forecast, measure, analyse and report on impact of field marketing programs focusing on the following success metrics: inquiry/response rate, conversion metrics, database growth/health and pipeline acceleration impact.

Main Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment with involvement in developing and executing marketing strategies with quantifiable KPIs. Experience in a B2B environment is an asset.
  • Languages: English & German Speaker (Mandatory) ; Additional languages are considered favourably.
  • A demonstrable understanding of marketing best practices and a proven track record of driving results.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with senior management on the development of marketing strategies that impact sales and prospecting opportunities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing demands, priorities, and resources.
  • Thorough proofreading and copywriting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and keen focus on quality.
  • Required Travel: Key events and meetings in Europe and globally (Passport Required)

Compensation and Benefits: Clenergy offers a salary range of GBP 35000 – 45000. The role is full-time. If person is based in Germany, wages will be based on local equivalent range for the role.
