This funding enables SCW.AI to further accelerate the innovation of software and IoT products.

This position is open to applicants of varying experience levels; depending on individual skills and experience, candidates will be considered for either a Data Analyst or Data Scientist role. We are looking for candidates who are driven, dedicated, and willing to put in the necessary effort in a fast-paced environment.
We operate on a hybrid work model, alternating between one week in the office and one week remote. As such, we will be considering candidates who are able to reside in Izmir.
Qualifications/Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical modeling, with experience in utilizing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with SQL, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, is also required.
- Familiarity with data visualization and exploration tools (such as Kibana, PowerBI).
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
- Knowledge or interest in cloud concepts, particularly Azure and AWS, is desirable.
- Background in mathematical optimization methods, including linear programming, integer programming, and nonlinear optimization, applied to data science and analytics problems.
- Strong drive to delve into industry-specific challenges, fostering the development of sophisticated optimization algorithms, heuristics, and comprehensive data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Production Management and Software Development teams to build data and model pipelines.
- Apply statistical analysis and visualization techniques to various data.
- Implement and validate predictive models; create and maintain statistical models with a focus on big data.
- Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends and technologies.
- Investigate and understand industry-specific issues, contribute to the creation of advanced optimization algorithms and heuristics.
