Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility
  • Member of the ANH China Quality & Compliance Leadership team, supporting definition of ANH China Operations strategy, Annual quality plan and targets Ensures Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies and ANH requirements in the site , Formulation and Regulatory functions, mainly include
  • Responsible for renewal of licenses premix and MFA plants, ensure compliance
  • Responsible for implementation of local compliance audits (supplier, authority,).
  • Responsible for updating of enterprise standards timely and correctly with our formulation for local premix and MFA plants.
  • Responsible for completion month and quarter and annual statistics report to feed authority
  • Responsible for inspection of both plants ANH premix and MFA facilities by relevant authorities (regular check, fly check, sample supervision, label check and feed regulatory, CIQ)
  • execute and maintain quality systems
  • Responsible for plant specific Quality management and certifications when applicable. maintenance of premix plant and MFA plant accreditation licenses such as ISO9001 and ISOFSSC22000, GMP+. Supports sites to maintain quality certifications as needed.
  • Responsible for handling of quality customer complaints for local ANH premix products and MFA products
  • Local Business owner for Quality processes and tools to ensure alignment to the Standards in the region, continual improvement and support to the Sites as needed

Responsible for handling of quality assurance of whole production process, include production deviation root cause analysis and CAPA, release finished goods, evaluation the raw material and finished goods, monitor and checking of pest control for local sites, arrangement of validation of key process /equipment/facilities, completion monthly quality report.
Responsible for implementation plan for any corrective actions from the site inspections.
Responsible for daily quality system operation of SAP Quality module plants according to customer needs and feed regulation, maintenance of product Material Master Data elements of plants.
  • and supports the Supplier Quality Management process including definition of specifications, qualification, monitoring and performance review. Oversights and supports QC laboratories to ensure harmonized analytical methods.
  • adherence in the local to the ANH Quality Culture Program and targets
  • performance and continual improvement elements via internal and external audits, metrics and KPI's. Ensures actions are taken for adherence to defined targets
  • of quality improvement projects and follow other global and regional initiatives.
  • the marketing & sales teams managing individual customer issues as well as with training in quality processes, which help DSM securing the tailored premix integrity.
  • or leads the site emergency Team in case of recalls or crisis management.
  • annual QM plan for premix and MFA plant, and act as routine quality work, supports the Global ANH Additives Manager regarding issues related to additives or that might impact additives.

3. Knowledge and educational level
  • Intimate knowledge and experience of Quality Systems - preferably within DNP or feed/food industry.
  • Agribusiness or Chemistry or Biology or Engineering or Feed/Food Technology qualification.
  • Knowledge in powder technology, premix or feed compounding preferred.
  • Ability to document efficiently and structured.
  • Able to provide effective support remotely.
  • Ability to work across cultures and communicate effectively in remote and face to face situations.
  • Good command of English and knowledge of local languages is desirable.
  • Ability in managing multidisciplinary groups.
  • Good communicator with good presentation skills.
  • Project management skills are desirable.

4. Required level of experiences
  • Experience in Quality systems management Assessment and implementation of Quality System experience is desirable (SHE / Security / ISO 9001:2000 /GMP / HACCP)
  • Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills, good listening and observing.
  • Project Management skills, with leadership and ownership mentality to represent the quality discipline on all levels of the organization.
  • Desirable international experience or working in an international environment preferred.
