Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates and much more
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Obiectives:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer service metrics

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues

Salary: ₹10,900.00 - ₹18,700.00 per month
