THE ROLE


As our Physical Security Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the improvement of the organization physical security program’s effectiveness, at global level, in terms of analysing and ranking risks, threats and vulnerabilities, drafting policies, standards and guidelines, assessing measures and technical systems in place, proposing solutions, and tracking their implementation.
You will work under the coordination of the Director of Physical Security, but (desirably) with a high degree of autonomy.



OPPORTUNITES

  • You will analyse and document business processes, legal provisions, standards, certification bodies’ and customers’ specific requirements, technical designs, test cases and other deliverables in the field of physical security of the people, information, hardware and premises, as required.
  • You will Identify and gather relevant data from the perspective of the company's physical security program to support risk assessment for our existing offices and assist in the selection and design of new facilities.
  • You will analyse, using a documented methodology, the effectiveness of measures, procedures, and technical systems (access control, CCTv, burglary, fire detection and extinguishing, power back-up etc.) for securing offices and subsumed spaces with a high level of security (Server/Data centre, cloud delivery spaces, etc.), centralize the conclusions and summarize the situation by relevant categories.
  • You will draft, refine and update policies, standards and guidelines or supporting documents and templates to complete the company's physical security regulatory framework.
  • You will support in transposing the guidance from the central level into the operational procedures at the offices level, according to the regional/local regulations and constraints.
  • You will map the risks and vulnerabilities identified/resulting from the analysis and assessment activities with countermeasures plans and implementation responsibilities, breaking down mitigation priorities and deployment stages.
  • You will respond to and assist with answers to questionnaires received from clients/partners regarding the regulatory and procedural coverage of the field of physical security at the company level, as well as regarding the implemented measures at the site level, as well as provide training and guidance to employees on best practices and physical security procedures, both remotely and through on-site support when appropriate.
  • You will monitor and analyse physical security trends and incidents to identify patterns and potential threats, identify, communicate relevant information to cross-functional partners, regional/local leadership and assist in the investigation of physical security incidents and emergencies, elaborating information, reports, action plans and follow-ups.


SKILLS

  • You should have bachelor’s or/and master’s degree in low enforcement, engineering, computer or information technology and security, audit, education and communication, political and administrative sciences or related fields.
  • You should have 4+ years operational experience in corporate environment with exposure to international environment in security planning and/or execution, risk assessment and analysis or in the auditing of processes and their certifications.
  • You should have demonstrated experience in writing and implementing protocols, policies and procedures related to physical security, incidents response, crisis or business continuity, project management, reorganizing and resizing enterprise processes.
  • You should have experience in dealing with risks matrix, progress and forecast charts, as well as in providing analysis, briefings, and presentations
  • You should have knowledge of and experience with security standards and frameworks (eg. ASIS International, ISO 27001&27017, NIST, SOC, ANSI/TIA, PCI-DSS and GDPR).
  • You should have global mindset, ability to communicate efficiently within a multinational environment (considering cultural differences) and to understand the effects of regional/international security situations on the safety of office employees, or those traveling or participating in various events.
  • You should have willingness to travel internationally (rarely).
