Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Supervisor or other senior managers as required.
Assist walk-in customers in purchasing products
Promote products and optimize sales opportunities
Attend to customer orders and inquiries
Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the store’s cleanliness and image.
Establishing business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals.
Establish a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve Client repurchase objectives.
Good Customer Service skills,able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking colleagues & customers
