[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Student Development:
Track students’ academic-related matters, e.g., student attendance, student performance, CCA Points, etc.
Process Letters of Commendations to students, Director’s list, and Semestral Awards Certificates;
Process Alumni requests for certification of nurse education for Overseas Work Credential Evaluation;
Facilitate student interviews for Scholarship and potential Graduation Awards
Administrative and Financial:
Administer Pre-Admission Medical Examination Forms and follow-up on immunisation and blood screening exercises on campus and at the vendor’s venue for nursing students;
Administrative support in financial matters, including procurement, payment, invoicing, and staff claims
Facilitate students in the application and disbursement of financial assistance, follow-up on students’ fee matters, and loan of equipment;
Support in events such as Open House, Graduation Ceremony, and Early & Joint Admission Exercises;
Coordinate and record meeting minutes;
Manage and perform any other tasks as assigned.

Pre-requistes
Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to contribute effectively in a team and work independently
Meticulous, strong administrative skills and able to multi-task
