The Customer Service Officer is responsible to:
- Processes sales orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Controls and coordinates the execution of order management procedures, required for checking stock availability and scheduling of dispatch to customers.
- Collaborates with sales reps, customers, credit control and the warehouse to ensure high standards of service levels are met
- Handles and resolves customer complaints
- Responsible for the timely issuance of Credit Notes related to returns or other customer activities/claims
- Back-up responsibility for Order Entry when circumstances require it
- Maintains customer reservations, material determination/substitution in SAP system
The Customer Service Officer should have:
- Degree in relevant field
- Very good command of the Greek and English language
- Very good use of MS office
- Knowledge of SAP
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Time management

- Collaborative & good communication skills

- Teamwork
- Attention to detail
0-1 years in similar position (preferably in FMCG sector)
