Perpetual Private is seeking an Administrator to work alongside our Financial Advisers providing effective administration support and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
This exciting opportunity is based in our state-of-the-art offices in Sydney CBD. We offer a hybrid working environment with flexible working of part time, 4 days per week or a full-time opportunity.

What will you be doing?
Sounds interesting? Here are some specifics about the opportunity:
  • Day to day administration support to financial advisers and associate advisers. Tasks include preparation of paperwork, mail outs, account maintenance and data integrity in core systems.
  • Process payment requests, including bills/invoices and client directed payments.
  • Promote and build client trust in Perpetual.
  • Assist advisers and associate advisers in the review process by packaging reviews, obtain and collate research reports, updating required compliance fields in core systems.
  • Identify gaps in admin service processes and develop/address as required.
  • Maintain communication channels to ensure client expectations/outcomes are achieved.

What you will need to succeed:
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a Banking & Finance environment, preferably in client services or a similar role that would provide a suitable administrative and/or financial planning background.
  • Broad knowledge of financial products, platforms, and services.
  • Strong self/time management skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and process driven with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative, proactivity & willingness to learn
