The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport,including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2 and 7. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are looking for Service Manager – Guest Relations Manager, we rely on you to:

Take responsibility for all guests especially for oversea guests, Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests
Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience
Provide help and assistance to all guests
Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Loves interacting with guests and customers
Communicates and writes with fluency in English and German or French due to service needs for oversea guests and Local guests.
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with Chinese hotel market, mainland China working experience is preferred.
