Upsell Agent (Website)
We are expanding our website upsell team and looking for an experienced upsell agent to join our established support team. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow and thrive, we look forward to hearing from you!
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 06, Karachi.
Shift: Night shift (09:00 pm to 06:00 am)
Experience: At least 1-year of experience in design and web/video upsells. (Mandatory)
Skills and Qualifications:
· Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations
· 1 year of upselling experience, ideally within our industry.
· Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts.
· Familiarity with relevant sales software and technology.
· Sharp negotiation and time management skills.
