Description
The main task of this position is to support the Human Resource Generalist with Recruitment related administration and co-ordination ensuring a positive candidate experience and improved turnaround time. This position will be for 1 to 2 months, based in Irene, Centurion.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for recruitment and selection:
- Maintaining recruitment folders and system profiles.
- Ensure candidates are well informed regarding their interview time, date and venue.
- Ensure appropriate spaces are booked for on-site interviews to take place and links for online interviews are shared timeously.
- Assist employees with all recruitment queries.
- Give relevant and accurate feedback to applicants regarding their application status.
- Update and maintain Recruitment reports.
- Arrange medical bookings for candidates in collaboration with Health and Safety department.
- Support with shortlisting when required
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
