Do you want to lead and further develop our production of hydrogen peroxide, then you should come and join our team! You will work together with a well-qualified and experienced staff – in a company with a good market position and solid financial results.


In your future role as Production Manager you will

  • Be responsible for the production process, the laboratory and the people in the production department including budget, target setting, HSEQ and operability of the process assets.
  • Measure and control day-to-day operations at the plant
  • Be part of the management team at Rjukan site
  • Make sure the Nemona product is produced and stored in accordance with the GMP requirements and follow up on documentation and deviations.
  • Champion both bigger improvement projects and continuous improvement


We believe you bring

  • A relevant technical education – bachelor in the discipline chemistry/process techniques (job experience or personal qualities can compensate for missing theoretical background)
  • Education / experience within safety, administration, management, economy
  • Leadership experience
  • Fluent in English and a Nordic language both writing and speaking


Great if you have

  • Experience from GMP production

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Stian Yttervik, Site Manager, based in Rjukan.
