Our company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team. The ideal candidate will understand our company policies and processes in order to resolve employee issues, develop a training program and create an employee handbook. The right candidate will quickly and efficiently manage the administrative aspects of their position and create strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external clients.

Details: Hybrid - 90% Remote 10% Office

  • $17.00/HR
  • Monday - Friday
  • 15 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Valor Protection Security Agency HR Logistics. Hiring and Onboarding, Recrutiing, File Management, Record Keeping, etc.
  • Provide employee training programs.
  • Create a database of personnel information.
  • Perform interviews with job applicants.
  • Handle employee relations issues as they arise.
  • Review job descriptions and listen to employee concerns.
  • Develop and monitor staff performance reviews.
  • Communicate with employees and other departments.
  • Implement new policies and procedures.
  • Interview job applicants.

Job Type: Contract
