HR Admin [Ireland]


 

Join our Workforce Planning Team and provide exceptional client service as we deliver world-class care to our growing client base across Ireland. As a scheduler, you will optimize the availability of our HR and H&S Consultants, ensuring efficient appointment bookings and exceeding client expectations. This role requires strong enthusiasm, drive, and a solid administrative background.

Main Duties:

  • Schedule appointments for HR and H&S Consultants, maximizing their availability.
  • Monitor and manage Consultants' diaries, adhering to protocols and prioritizing backfilling of cancelled appointments.
  • Proactively communicate with clients, ensuring service provision and offering review appointments.
  • Manage client job lists effectively.
  • Familiarize yourself with client databases and systems to provide comprehensive support.
  • Handle your workload based on the job list.
  • Communicate with clients via written correspondence, telephone, and video calls.
  • Identify and contact clients to promote our products and services, encouraging implementation and usage.
  • Conduct onboarding appointments with new clients, confirming agreement details, software registration, and scheduling consultations with relevant service areas for a smooth onboarding process.
  • Adhere to all onboarding processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills, emphasizing rapport building and relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, explaining processes clearly and professionally.
  • Solid administration skills with attention to detail and accurate written correspondence.
  • Effective prioritization, attention to detail, and impeccable time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask within tight timeframes while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €27,000.00-€28,000.00 per year
