Your challenge

  • Executive support of the Market Head and Head Relationship Managers in our Domestic Market area
  • Central point of contact and interface between Executives of the Domestic area, internal organizational units and external contact persons
  • Diary and meeting management
  • Preparation, coordination and timely dispatch of reports and documents for meetings, projects and decision making
  • Protocol management
  • Preparation of various committees and meetings

Your profile

  • Education at least at "Matura" level - prefered with commerical background
  • At least 5 years work experience, ideal way in Private Banking, alternatively in the Investment Sector, Financial Services Sector or Consulting/Business Administration
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English - written and oral; any further Central European language would be a plus
  • Strong results orientation combined with an independent and flexible work style
  • Team player with a can-do-mentality and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The desire to manage multiple topics concurrently, to take responsibility and to handle deadlines

In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity and our social benefits, we offer you a minimum salary for the position starting at € 45.000 per anno (depending on qualifications), with the readiness for a significant overpayment.
